Ground-up residential construction including site work, foundation, framing, MEP rough-in, and all finish scopes. We build to last.
Additions & Renovations
Major additions and whole-home renovations executed with minimal disruption and maximum attention to existing conditions and architectural intent.
CT Zoning & Permitting
Deep familiarity with Fairfield County municipalities — Greenwich, Westport, Darien, New Canaan, Wilton, and beyond. We navigate local zoning, wetlands, and historic district requirements.
Architectural & Interior Coordination
We work closely with your architect and interior designer — or help you find the right ones — to ensure design intent is executed precisely in the field.
